Yes, every item that we sell is engraved by us. We do not buy any premade items and resell them as our own creations. Every step in the creation process is personally done by us from start to finish in Cleveland, Ohio.
Yes, some images can be engraved. If you have an image that you would like engraved, please send us the image and we will let you know within one business day.
Yes. If an order needs to be cancelled, please let us know within 24 hours. After that, we can not guarantee a refund can be made because your item or items may have already have been created.
Preset Items
Yes, we do. Please contact us no later than 7 days after delivery to start the return process. All items must be shipped back to us no more than 14 days after the return process begins. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out in.
Personalized Items
No. Please understand that due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. If there is an error with your item, please send us a message. Engraved items cannot be changed/edited. If a mistake has been made on your item, a new item must be engraved.
We take pride in the quality of our work. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us and we will make every effort to make things right.
No, we do not offer bulk pricing on any items at this time.
Shipping is done exclusively using USPS first class and typically takes between 2-5 business days for domestic orders (this does not include the time it takes to create your item, only shipping it). Though the post office does advertise this as their delivery window, please be advised that sometimes delivery DOES take longer than that. First class mail does NOT automatically come with insurance. This means that if your item is lost, damaged, stolen, etc., unfortunately there is nothing the post office will do to refund your loss. In the event that your package is marked as lost by the post office or it arrives to you damaged, we can then assist you in obtaining a refund. Please understand that we uphold our end by getting your package out in the time frame promised. Once it is in the hands of the post office, we have no control over it and are not responsible for any delays, losses, damage, etc.
Tracking numbers will be provided immediately once your item ships. Tracking is sometimes not updated within a 24 hours period, so please don't depend on online tracking scans as being 100% accurate. Once your item has left our shop and is in the hands of the post office, please understand that we have no control over it. The only information we have as to where your item currently is is given on the USPS tracking site (the same thing you see if searching). We cannot call to inquire about your delivery.
We do not offer any expedited shipping. We do not offer priority shipping unless you are making a bulk purchase.
Every effort will be made to ship your purchase as soon as possible. Once an order's shipping label has been processed, we CANNOT change where it is going. We will ship it to the exact address that you have provided.
